Stage 1:
Pilot, Quality and Valorisation committees’ constitution. Knowledge of the methodology developed in FORSIMPAD (project to be transferred).

Aims:
a) Creation and implementation of Management and Quality committees
b) To implement and adapt the management, quality and diffusion plans.
c) To know and understand the methodology and results of FORSIMPAD (project to be transferred)

 

Stage 2:
Investigation and analysis. Experimentation and assessment.

Aims:
2.1.: Investigation and analysis
a) Identification and analysis the information of current practices about the implicit knowledge transmission and formalization in the different countries. 
b) Investigation of the difficulties in the implicit knowledge transmission in the industrial SMEs.

2.2.: Experimentation and assessment
a) Elaboration of the prototype based on the results of the previous stages.
b) Design the pilot action within the companies.
c) Evaluation of the results of the pilot action.

 

Stage 3:
Development of KIMET GUIDE. Edition and diffusion of the final results.

Aims:
3.1.: Development of KIMET GUIDE
a) Actualization and adaptation of the FORSIMPAD module to the Metal SMEs characteristics and needs.

3.2.: Edition and diffusion of the final results
a) Design of the KIMET Guide in electronic format - CD to present the results.
b) Transaltion of the Guide to the partners´ languages.
c) Dissemination and exploitation of the final results.
